Residential Services
What We Do
Netcare’s Residential Services provide short-term options for individuals experiencing mental health crises who need a safe place to stabilize before or after a crisis presents itself. These programs serve adults who may be struggling with severe mental health symptoms, homelessness, or lack of support, offering a structured environment. Residents receive round-the-clock assistance with staff working to connect them to longer-term resources and support systems in the community. The goal is to help each individual stabilize and regain the ability to navigate daily life safely and independently.
The Crisis Stabilization UNit
Individuals who require a few more days of stabilization following a crisis are offered the option to stay at the Netcare Access Crisis Stabilization Unit as an alternative to a psychiatric hospitalization.
Miles House
Miles House is a short-term residential treatment facility on the Westside of Columbus for individuals struggling with mental health issues.
