What We Do
For immediate crisis situations you can call, walk-in or have our mobile team dispatched to your location to provide urgent mental health and substance use intervention services.
1. Crisis Center
Netcare Access provides mental health and substance abuse crisis services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Any adult, 18 years and older, may come to our location at 199 S. Central Avenue and walk-in without an appointment or referral to receive crisis care.
2. Assessment Services
Netcare Access provides non-emergency walk-in substance use and mental health assessments at our main location and also as a telehealth option.
3. Emergency Response Service
Emergency Response Service is the dedicated Netcare Access team that answers the crisis phone line and chat feature on the website for anyone in need of assistance or in a mental health or substance abuse crisis.
4. Mobile Response Unit
In partnership with the Columbus Division of Police and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, a Netcare clinician is paired with an officer to respond to behavioral health or suspected substance abuse calls in the field.
“I have been treated with complete kindness and appreciate the help I have been able to get while here. Each and every one of you employed here are genuine and professionals.”
