The 40th Annual Foundation Golf Tournament will now be held on Monday, June 6 at Jefferson Country Club in Blacklick, Ohio.

Proceeds from the tournament support the Netcare Foundation. The Netcare Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) fundraising organization that raises funds to offer support to the programs, staff, and clients of Netcare Access.
