Netcare Corporation, dba Netcare Access, today announced that Dr. Brian Stroh will become the new CEO and Medical Director, effective May 1.

Dr. Stroh has been at Netcare for 15 years, with 13 of them as the Assistant Medical Director. During his time as the Assistant Medical Director he oversaw direct patient care and conducted administrative duties in Netcare’s multiple evaluation and treatment programs. He is board-certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Additionally, Dr. Stroh will continue the long-standing partnership with the Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health Board (ADAMH) of Franklin County, as the needs for crisis services in the county expand and plans for a county new crisis center advance.

Dr. Stroh will replace current President and CEO King Stumpp, after 10 years in the position. Mr. Stumpp is retiring after three decades of service in behavioral health.
