I have hope
again.

I am proud to be
seven months
sober.

I was so
completely lost.

Netcare Access is committed to helping the Franklin County community during this period of uncertainty with COVID-19. Netcare will be accepting patients referred from hospitals, ADAMH comp centers, Maryhaven and Mobile Crisis/Community Intervention & Diversion. No walk-ins or law enforcement referrals will be accepted at this time, though we plan to assess and adjust at a later date.

Strict CDC guidelines and screening will be utilized for all patients and staff.

Non-Crisis assessments should contact Netcare at 614-276-2273 to schedule an appointment for a telephone or telehealth assessment.

Further notification will be provided as we adjust Crisis Services – all other Netcare services and programs are fully operational. Thanks for your patience and support during these extraordinary times.

We thank you for your support, and donations during this time. We are proud to be here alongside the residents, public servants and health leaders of Franklin County and the state of Ohio and we stand here with you as health care workers, on the front lines for those with mental illness or substance abuse crisis episodes, as we navigate our way through this new experience.

Stay Calm. Be Kind. And we’ll be here when you need us.
