Emergency Response Services

Emergency Response Service is Netcare’s twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week, crisis hotline.  Clients, family members, police officers, emergency medical personnel and other professionals call (614) 276-CARE (2273) or (888) 276-CARE (2273) when someone is in need of crisis services.  Trained and experienced crisis clinicians will direct the caller to the most appropriate means of receiving help.  If necessary, these clinicians can dispatch a Netcare Reach Out van, the police department or a taxi service to transport the caller to one of Netcare’s crisis sites.  When people in our community are in a mental health or alcohol or drug crisis, we remain accessible to them no matter where they are. In addition to 24-hour walk-in crisis services, Netcare provide's this crisis line which always accessible by phone.
