Emergency Response Service is Netcare’s twenty-four hour, seven days per week, crisis hotline. Clients, family members, police officers, emergency medical personnel and other professionals may call (614) 276-CARE (2273) or (888) 276-CARE (2273) when someone is in need of crisis services. Licensed and experienced crisis clinicians will direct the caller to the most appropriate means of assistance. Assistance with transportation to Netcare’s crisis sites can be arranged, as needed.
