Emergency Response Service is Netcare’s twenty-four hour, seven days per week, crisis hotline. Clients, family members, police officers, emergency medical personnel and other professionals may call (614) 276-CARE (2273) or (888) 276-CARE (2273) when someone is in need of crisis services. Licensed and experienced crisis clinicians will direct the caller to the most appropriate means of assistance.
