The Netcare Foundation is a private, non-profit organization. The Foundation raises funds and offers support to the programs of Netcare Corporation. There are currently eight members of the Netcare Foundation Board of Trustees. Community professionals from businesses such as Nationwide, Battelle, Fibertech and King Business Interiors are represented on the Board. Foundation Board members serve a minimum three-year term and all have an interest in mental health, health or fundraising.

The Netcare Foundation has made significant contributions to the Netcare Corporation such as the purchase of Reach Out vans, Youth Services furninshings and intervention tools, capital improvements to facilities and continuing education opportunities such as the Grayce M. Sills, RN, PhD scholarship grant awarded to Netcare employees.

The Netcare Foundation is funded through corporate and individual donations. Most of the funding, however, comes from the Netcare Foundation Golf Tournament, which is held annually. Attracting over twenty teams of golfers, celebrities such as George Lehner from 610 WTVN, Bill Conley, former assistant Ohio State University football coach and Earle Bruce, past football coach of the Ohio State Buckeyes, and the prestigious Astor & Black Custom Clothiers have joined the cause and helped facilitate the events.

We receive gifts in memory of, or in honor of, loved ones frequently.  These gifts support our goals of education, intervention, and advocacy. “I was scared to even come here for help being a so called "normal person," but my friend talked me into doing so. From the time I arrived folks sprang into action to help me. Being older I thought I might be put on the back burner, because they probably thought I was old and crazy. Nothing of the such.
The receptionist, counselor, nurse and doctor made me feel safe and not so scared. These folks cared about me and my state of mind. The counselor was a great listener and knew her job well. To whomever funds this program, please keep the money coming. This program has helped this 48 year old man get his life back on track. I don’t know what would have happened if I had not come through these doors.”
