Who We Are

Established in 1972, Netcare Access is Franklin County’s 24-hour mental health and substance abuse crisis intervention, assessment and referral service. Netcare is your connection to the county’s Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) system, providing referrals to other ADAMH agencies for treatment services.

Those We Serve

Netcare provides services to adults, those with developmental disabilities and older adults who are experiencing mental health or substance abuse crises, those with mild to severe mental disorders, those who are hearing impaired, those who are non-English speaking and require a translator, and those requiring court-ordered mental health assessments.

Netcare’s Philosophy

Clients represent all walks of life. Every client interaction is an opportunity to move Netcare Access forward in terms of our mission to provide care to anyone in need.

It is our expectation that every client contact will be treated with the highest level of concern for the client’s expressed needs, and that clients are treated with dignity and compassion as they receive prompt and effective care.
